Update on August 24 2026: We needed to replace a shower cartridge and it turned out that we also needed to replace our main house water supply shut off valve before the shower job could be done. Olga in the office was very helpful in scheduling the job as well as in dealing with our municipality who needed to be involved as well. When Denis the technician arrived to do the job - early, which I always appreciate! - he assessed the job & dealt with the municipality further to expedite the job. It also turned out that the shower cartridge was badly corroded & required Denis' expert work & his experience to remove it without damaging the fixture. (This is a job the internet says you can do yourself, but when the cartridge is very old & corroded as this was, a professional is required!) He then easily installed the new cartridge. As usual, I was impressed by the professionalism and pleasantness of MT Drains' staff, both in the office & in the field. Update on Dec 17 2024: A toilet in our house came away from the floor in a way that broke the flange it was bolted to. I called MT Drains because they had done a fine repair job in our kitchen a few months earlier (see below). Viktoriya in the office was very friendly & helpful in getting us a cost estimate in a timely fashion and setting up an appointment to fix the problem that fit our schedules. We received email confirmation and reminder of the appointment, and a text confirmation on the morning of the appointment itself. The technician, Amir, arrived a few minutes before the start of the window for the appointment, which I always appreciate a lot! He was friendly, polite and professional. He assessed the repair requirements, confirmed the estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner. Amir also cleaned up everything and even took the garbage away with him. Viktoriya followed up shortly thereafter by phone to check that we were pleased with the job, and then sent the invoice to me for the agreed amount. She also confirmed that they received our payment right away. I’ve used MT Drains’ services for plumbing issues before and will happily use them again! The drain from our kitchen sink was leaking near the place where it attached to the sink itself. The reason turned out to be corrosion that was rotting away the place where the drain pipes attach to the sink. Pavel from MT Drains responded to my Trusted Pros posting within minutes, and was able to have a plumber come that very day. Dima arrived within the agreed time frame. He was polite, friendly, efficient and very skilled at diagnosing the problem and making the repair by replacing the corroded parts. He also cleaned up after his work. Viktoriya in the office was also very helpful and professional - the entire operation was fast, efficient, effective, friendly and professional. I will definitely call on MT Drains for any future plumbing needs.

Amazing service

Our upstairs toilet was not working properly. I called MT Drains & Plumbing and Rene came the same day. He checked out the toilet and found it was not working properly due to age and deterioration of the jets. I asked him if he could supply a replacement toilet. Rene ordered a new toilet and installed it first thing next morning. The new one is working better than the old one ever did. Rene was pleasant to deal with and knew what he was doing. We will use MT Drains in the future.
